Black CPA #7 - Louis Rawlings, CPA

Louis Rawlings, CPA was the 7th Black CPA. He hailed from Illinois, making him the 3rd Black CPA licensed in the state (1937).

Little has been printed about Mr. Rawlings, but knowing that he is one of the first 100 Black CPAs speaks volumes.
